Baked by Mimi, is a small bakery run my mother of two young girls Aimi (also known as Mimi). Who takes pride in baking a wide range of sweet bakes and cakes from scratch, using the highest quality ingredients (local where possible).
I’m lucky to work with a small number of independent business and coffee vans across Nottingham, suppling homemade bakes to complement their coffee offerings (if you’d like to be a stockist do get in touch). 

Homemade bakes and brownies can be made to order for local collection or postal delivery.And bespoke buttercream cakes and desserts tables can also be create for special occasions.
Mimi has been a professional baker for 11 years, firstly working the family business and the. completing a professional baking diploma at The School of Artisan Food.In 2019 Baked by Mimi was created and it’s been a pleasure to bake for all my wonderful customers ever since Mimi x
