Background

Baked by Mimi is about all things sweet! Everything is made from scratch in small batches, we make and deliver brownie & treat boxes locally within Nottingham and all over the UK by post.We also make bespoke celebrations cakes and dessert tables and supply local cafes. Mimi has been a professional baker for 7 years working in my family business and completing a professional baking diploma at The School of Artisan Food, where I learnt all things bread and patisserie.In 2019 Baked by Mimi was created and its been a pleasure to bake for all my lovely customers ever since.Thanks for all the love & supportMimi x
